One of our client totally enthusiastic about the results of our forecast, asked us to advise him about all the supply chain cycle from sourcing of the dealers to the delivery on site, going also through contracting phase.
This is how we created Aqila Trading, to propose one complete solution to advise the best way to source / trade / ship the commodities, spare parts and machineries necessary for the business execution of industrial clients based on our algorithms.

USE CASES
Gold Supply
The objective was to secure one year contract of gold supply with a weekly frequency for delivery with a fixed discount ./. LMBA for a refinery.
We have managed the contract as a broker between both parties.
The main difficulty was to identify a serious partner and to secure all documents for a smooth business process.
Spare Parts
The objective was to receive all critical spare parts for one year of production of a manufacturing company.
We have managed the prediction of quantity of critical spare parts and sourced multiple distributor and shipping companies to be sure to receive at right time all the part for one year of production due to the shortness of stock / lead time of production and shipping routes.
Engines
The objective was to create a stock of specifics engines to be able to replace the engines of excavators in case of engine failure.
We have managed the sourcing of new and used engines (including inspection) all over the world and then organise the different shipping by sea and/or plane to create this stock ready to use at our client location.
